Join us in welcoming MJ Renshaw, founder of The Being Method (and Portal), and creator of the beloved Earth Connection Oil.
MJ will be joining us in offering a two hour workshop and gathering focused on the science + experience of Breathwork. Come discover the power of connecting to our breath, the importance of integration and the power of finding connection to nature.
You can expect two hours of connection to yourself, your breath, your community and the earth. We will go over the importance, the science and the skill of breath work, as well as collectively doing an experiential portion, followed by integration, questions and discussion.
You can also count on a brief herbal exercise on sun tea, flower essences, cold infusions and foraging in the moment.
Sun tea, and seasonal refreshments included.
